  Dr. Yalamanchili has been a practicing neurosurgeon in Delaware for over 10 years. He is currently and has participated in a wide variety of research, publications, and conferences. He specializes in minimally invasive and complex spinal surgery and treatment of brain tumors. He currently holds the honor of Top Doctors in the Field of Neurosurgery since 2007 and the honor of Best Doctors in America since 2009.

Graduated Cum Laude from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Premedicine. There, he obtained the following Honors: The President’s Freshman Award, The College of Science Merit Scholarship, The Golden Key Honor Society, Alpha Epsilon Delta Premedical Honor Society, Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society.

 Graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA in 1992 with the following Honors: Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, Hobart Amory Hare Honor Medical Society, Measey Foundation Academic Scholarship. He also served as an active member of Phi Delta Epsilon Medical Fraternity, Mu Chapter Treasurer, Interfraternity Council, The American Medical Association, and The Pennsylvania Medical Society.

He completed his residency training through Thomas Jefferson University Hospital-Department of Neurosurgery. In addition, he completed resident education through Pennsylvania Hospital, Jefferson Hospital for Neuroscience, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, American Medical Association, American Association of Neurologic Surgeons, and Congress of Neurologic Surgeons.
